📦 Physical Products (Return & Refund Policy)
If you purchase a physical product from Teraepack, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
✅ The product must be unused, in its original packaging 📦, and in the same condition you received it.
✅ You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order 📅.
✅ You’ll need to provide your order number 🧾 and proof of purchase.
⚠️ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
